Android Question Webview populate info

Good day,

I am trying to use webview to open a web page, auto input login details and auto click the login button.
Is this possible ? It's to speed up a process to get results from a lab tracking website.

So the idea is that the application scans a barcode, auto log into the website, post the barcode into a text box, and then search for the results.

The barcode scanner and webview was easy so far, but i can't seem to figure out how to let the app post onto/into the website.

Any ideas ? Is this even possible as I do not have DB access.
