Android Question WebView setting to show a plain-text

Hi, All

How should be configured WebView to have a plain-text opened in the WebView is normally auto-formatted, to show whole the text without the horizontal scrolling during manual zooming?

Browser-like text reading app with translation, for text reading, for web-pages as well as for a shared plain text. "App for loolz", but a real browser template
