Android Question webview to sf express scan order page

I am trying to write a small tool which have a webview loading the online order page for sf express service. Somehow the webview cannot load the function because of the header setting but I am not sure what problem in exact.

Please use the following url as a test:
https:// ucmp-x.sf-express.com/xacess/scan/order?reserve=SF1107897798438

The url works just fine with any normal browser such as chrome on the phone but doesn't work with the webview in B4A. Anyone knows why?
