B4R Question WEMOS SCL/D1 and SDA/D2

Can i use B side for I2C module, A or C side use for normal output pin?
when i use these method, my I2C modules can't function properly.
is it need to do setting at wemos board?

No. They are connected to each other.

I don't think so. They are all connected to the same pins.
