H hackhack Active Member Licensed User Longtime User Jun 12, 2012 #1 I've been gone for a while. Now i return to recompile an app that worked. But now it won't compile, suddenly i get the error "Error description: Unknown member: vibrate Occurred on line: 138 myphone.Vibrate(50)" myphone is defined in sub globals to Phone - so has vibrate been moved out of Phone or what's going on?

Kevin Well-Known Member Licensed User Longtime User Jun 12, 2012 #2 I wonder if it is one of those misleading errors that come up sometimes. I got the same error (unknown member) the other day but the cause was a mistake I made in a different part of the code related to an event sub. The vibrate function hasn't changed, so I would probably look elsewhere if you can't find a good reason for the problem. http://www.b4x.com/forum/bugs-wishlist/18016-misleading-errors-when-compiling.html#post105732 Upvote 0

Kevin Well-Known Member Licensed User Longtime User Jun 12, 2012 #4 I stand corrected! How long ago was that? It couldn't have been too recently because my project is about 10 months old and I don't recall having to change that. Although my memory doesn't serve me very well anymore either. Sorry for the misinformation! Upvote 0
