Android Question What is maven?

I attempted to update my android.jar file (to get camera2 working) and now when I try to compile the example I get the error below. I am completely lost and hope I haven't corrupted my B4A.

Compiling layouts code. (0.01s)
Organizing libraries. Error
Maven artifact not found: com.android.support/support-v4

How do I "unwind" what I have done? I'm now getting weird "lib is not a directory" and it is pointing to the wrong folder. I'm guessing there is a config file I need to delete/update? I've been using your software for years - any steps on "how to start over" WITHOUT losing all my projects?

I followed Don's post to install a clean sdk, selected ..27.jar and all is well. Thanks.

I recommend you to be "up to date" and check new installation needs (like the change to the "internal" sdk-manager").
