You can use xCLV to show a layout like this. LAter, when data is fetched you can replace the empty Grid with real content replacing the Cells....

The content loading utilises 'Lazy Loading'. You simply have to create an xCLV layout (as DonManfred said) using the designer and also use lazy loading to load the data as and when you scroll further down the page. Just use the search box above and search for 'lazy loading', it works in conjunction with xCLV...

i have seen it in other pages. most likely is a browsers doing

Yes, Lazy Loading in web designing world.
In android I think it called something else! may be Android RecyclerView !!! or I'm wrong?
