what .Net compact for winCE iPaq 3600 ?

where can I find a compact .NET for:
iPAQ 3630 pocketPC win CE Version 3.0.9348 (1996-1999) ARM SA1110

I try: NETCFv2.ppc.armv4.cab , 5.398 KB , dont works
and I try: netframework.cab , 2.180 KB , dont works


(by the way , MDA1 , MDA2 , MDA4 and MedionPPC with NETCFSetupv2.msi works OK ;
and by the way iPAQ 3630 with eMbedded Visual Tools , Basic and C it works with: msvbppc.armv4.cab)

I think that the iPAQ 3630 is running Pocket PC 2000 as the OS which is too old to support the Compact framework 2.0. According to this link Download details: .NET Compact Framework 1.0 SP3 Redistributable it does support CF 1.0 but I am not sure whether the latest device version of the Basic4ppc IDE will still run on CF 1.0 or whether it requires 2.0. Most of my libraries do require CF 2.0.

That is correct. You need .Net CF 1.0 SP3. The device IDE will not be supported as well as applications compiled with the optimized compiler.
