[Wish] Minor changes to the IDE

I'd like the IDE would record the positions indicated by the arrows in the picture, so I would avoid moving them every time I open the IDE.

I would also like that every time I run an app, the Tab (Modules / Files / Logs / Libs) does not pass automatically to "Logs".

+1 Regarding the vertical location restoration.
