Wrapping non-android java libraries

Does anyone know if this is possible? I'm specifically asking about the following two libraries.

javax.security.auth.kerberos
javax.security.sasl

Libraries that do not exist will require more than a wrapper. You will need to actually include the code. I don't think that Sun code for these packages is available and even if it is available there might be a licensing problem.
