Wish xChartLite axis name colour

At present it seems that the XaxisName and YaxisName are using the GridFrameColor. This means that if you don't want a grid frame, setting the GridFrameColor to Transprent also removes the axis names.

I think that it would be better to have the colour of the axis names taken from TitleTextColor ot SubtitleTextColor.
This way we can opt to have no GridFrame shown but still show the axis names. If one or more of the titles or axis names are not wanted then it is simple enough to set them to an empty string.
