How do I create an xml structure and return like web service result using BJ4?

Using BJ4 for this can be a good option if we think about speed?

Sorry, I guess I did not explained it right or I did not understood the answer.

I intend to build a simple server.
I can use node.js (but I would have to learn this).

Then B4J or node.js.
