I have a friendly advice : What'new"from market should come with more exciting information about how great is you app and comes with something extremlly good . It is good to use the top side of "what new" with the top features of you app as users do not read mostly the big description from information ,and the " what s new" will be visible mostly all the time , it is most probably user will read what's new before app description.
You can even hide some bugs , don't be truly sincere with users they not appreciate that.
Your "what new" is full of bug fix this will not be very pleasant info.
Do not express yourself like you did : " Final (I hope!) scaling tweaks" oh... i hope this is my last bug . you are not showing any confidence !!
Hope you accept my criticism! and may other find my answer appropriate !
