Android Question galaxy 8+, android 8.0.0 APP won't install

A user just gave me a 1 review saying that my APP would not install on a Galaxy 8+ with Android 8.0.0

I don't know any more then this (trying to contact the user by they aren't responding).

Just trying to understand why it may not install.

If someone has a Galaxy 8+ with Android 8.0.0 and would try an install my app is:

I have lots of Samsung devices S3, S5, S7 (with android 8.0.0) Galaxy Tab A and have not had any trouble with any of them

It did install. Play store was giving the wrong idea. Just took a while. But having issues just doing the demo trial. Cant get past the... never mind. I reopened it its ok now. trying it out. thanks
