I have an app written with b4a which is many years old, but I occasionally make changes.
Three months ago I successfully loaded the app to both my Galaxy S10e and my Galaxy tab S6 Lite, using b4a Bridge.
Today, the same app loads fine to the S10e, but when I try to load it to the tablet, it compiles ok, all the way to "Installing file to device .... completed successfully".
On the tablet, the progress bar on the bottom of the screen starts and crawls at a snails pace across the screen. The only time I waited long enough to see it reach the end there was a message complaining that the parsing had failed (or something similar) and the app update wasn't installed.
I'm using b4a v 11.8 with Android 28.
Any thoughts on what is wrong, how to fix?
