Setting a wallpaper

Hi,

I'm new in Basic4Android, and I want to set a wallpaper programatically. I have made a asmx webservice that returns a diferent image every day. I can save it to SD or keep it in memory, but don't know how to set it as wallpaper (yes like desktop wallpaper). Is there a way to do that?
