Android Question CustomLayoutDialog Elevation?

Is there a way to set the elevation of the customLayoutdialog?

I have a ColorPicker dialog that is supposed to open when pressing a button from an open customlayoutdialog. But its popping up underneath of that dialog.

Not sure how to fix that, any thoughts? thanks.
