At first I was very confused, because the only way i've ever seen resolutions are width/height - ie for instance 1280x800 - but in all the documentation and the designer its written the other way around, ie, hight/width - for instance 800x1280 Why is it written like that? Is there some plan that I'm overlooking, or was that just how the programmers of the app chose to write it?

klaus Expert Licensed User Longtime User Jun 17, 2011 #2 The resolutions are written in width x height! Depending on the screen orientation you can have 800 x 1280 in portrait orientation and 1280 x 800 in landscape orientation. Best regards. Upvote 0

That's debateable. klaus said: Depending on the screen orientation you can have 800 x 1280 in portrait orientation and 1280 x 800 in landscape orientation. Click to expand... Seems different to me when the manual talks about "A non-exhaustive list of screens: Resolution 720 / 1280 " But I think it should always be described one way, regardless of how people hold the device, but perhaps Erel thinks otherwise.
