B4J Question [ABMaterial] Create one page form

Hi

Could i use ABMaterial to create form for input data ? This form just one page including some textedit,checkbox,listbox and some button(save,cancel,,).

I know ABMaterial is UI layer for B4J webapp framework. My form like following link.
It hasn't any menu. It just a html form. Do you have any litte sample !?
