Java Question Adding AppCompat-support-v7 to eclipse project

Hello everyone, since the last few android-sdk updates the location and the way that the support libraries are used has changed, i was wondering if anyone can shed some light for me, as i have not wrapped libraries in a while, i know before the android-sdk updates we were able to just copy the android-support-v7.jar file into our eclipse project, but now that file is no longer included in the update, can anyone who has created any libraries referencing the support library tell me how to fix this issue, i have already downloaded the support repository through the android sdk manager, but i can not find the support-v7 jar file in the extra folder, i'm really confused about how to use this file in eclipse projects now. If anyone can give me some help with this it will be greatly appreciated.

You need to know which component is required and add it with #AdditionalJar.
For example:

#AdditionalJar: com.android.support:appcompat-v7
