Android Question Adjust space between element experienced

This question is not bug or problem or anythings
Only, I need your experience about adjusting views on designer
For example, I add 4 TextEdit on designer and each TextEdit must be orderly together
For example, each TextEdit have 1 cm from other
I try to adjust with a down or top arrow but that maybe have a mistake
