I have found a great tool, not so long ago. It is the following and creates kind of accurate images (well it has six fingers but no one is perfect ? ? ). The great thing though about this tool is that if you ask it to display text, this text will remain totally accurate. For now there is a free tier up to 25 (I think) prompts.

And if you specifically tell the tool that all hands have five fingers, it actually creates a correct image.
