Android Question Aligning 2 panels based on its visibilty

i have 2 panels main panel and top panel

The main panel i need it to be full size unless the top panel become visible so they are aligned together

how can i do that ?

here is a sample project of what i have done i have set the anchor for top panel to be placed on top but when ever i set its visibility to false the main panel does not fill the screen . how do i aligned panels in b4a correctly ?

You must change panels' height and position by code; the Designer does not these things, it "does not work at runtime", it is used to create layouts.

i did something like this but the bottom is disappeared the button is no longer visible

mainpanel.Top =  toppanel.Top + toppanel.Height

any idea why i thought that the panel parent content will be aligned automatic what i am doing wrong ?
