Moved to the questions forum. This is a B4A question, right?
In B4J you use an object named fx to load images. This is equivalent to LoadBitmap / LoadBitmapResize in B4A.
Best option is to use XUI library and load with XUI.LoadBitmapResize. This will work on all platforms.
