Android Question android 4.3 with usb cable

hi there. any body have problem with new update android version 4.3?
I just update my samsung note 2, after updat android 4.3, i can't get my usb device to run
each time, they said, no device found. it works fine with network.
i had enable the debug mode on the device.
just can't find my device with usb connection. when i compile the program.
my computer sees device. just doesn't work on the basic4android 3.0

Have you tried through the B4A wireless bridge or Bluetooth?

I believe this is probably related to a new ADB security feature and an outdated version of Android Platform-Tools. I recently had a problem with this and have posted a tutorial on it here: http://www.b4x.com/android/forum/threads/android-4-2-adb-using-usb-developer-options.36295/
