Android.jar platform version

I have a problem with gameview. According to the documentation (below)

"Note that the acceleration method used by GameView is only available from Android 3.0 and above. This also means that you need to reference android.jar from platform 11 or above (under Tools -> Configure paths)."

My path only goes to platform 9. How do i upgrade this. I know that this is simple. Thanks

Use the SDK Manager to download a more recent platform. You can open it by clicking on Run AVD Manager, and then Tools - Manage SDK.
