Android Question android:targetSdkVersion="14" vs android:targetSdkVersion="33"

Hi to all... I have a program working perfect in android:targetSdkVersion="14" but if I changed it to android:targetSdkVersion="33" the databases not load and some items on the screen disapear. Than's to all... and let's see who throws me a life preserver
