Android Question Animate android application icon when leaving from app

So I recently found out that a few android applications use some kind of animation in the app icon, I am attaching a video in which you would see how if I leave the Instagram app by pressing the back button, the icon of the Instagram animates.
Is there a way to achieve this in B4A? I searched but couldn't find anything that could help.

The animation appears between 0.7- 0.8.

There is no such API in Android. What you see in the video is specific to that launcher.
