Android Question Answer incomming call from my App

Is there any way that my app can be opened automatically when there is incoming call?
I need to handle incoming calls from my app.

It was possible in older versions of Android. On newer versions, only the default dialing app can do it.

Instead of this action, is there any way that I can minimize the default dialing app?

You cannot hide other apps.

Not trivial and unlikely to work very good, but you can start other activities if you have a foreground service and the draw over apps permission.
