You can not run another Android app inside a panel of your app.

But you can place a webview inside a panel and view a website (which can be a web app) inside your app.

I have necessity to create the menu 1-4 (for example) and on each different button open the different app installed on board and not the web app.
Do you have an idea?

You can start other apps with PackageManager from the Phone library. As answered above, you cannot show an app inside your own app.
