When i upload the latest version of my app: today
i get that phrase (above). They also ask about unknown issues about
encryption (2 pages) required in order to do testflight testing. Must be something about the F.B.I. thing.

I think the phrase above you put into your program(some how), so that you do not have answer their
question again?
