while compiling i am getting this error. the same was posted in old threads. but there was no solution. Hence again posted. while compiling i am getting this error.

Are you using a layout file that was not made with the internal designer?
Try opening the layout files that you use in the internal designer (NOT in Scenebuilder) and you will see which one gives the mentioned error.
