Android Question Auto Power On/Off

I am using an Android Tablet as a Human Interface Device and as this tablet will be in a rugged metal enclosure I do not want to "hard-wire" the On/Off switch to a switch on the metal enclosure.

Is it possible to have the Tablet switch ON (Boot) when the wall charger supplies power?
I am not using the USB for data, only for charging.

Is it possible to have my B4A app auto-start when the tablet boots?

Yes. Set the #StartAtBoot attribute of a service (not the Starter service) to true.
