On my computer, when you paste a code from another project into the Manifest Editor :
- the command name is not colored blue (even if you close the Manifest Editor and reopen it)
- if you save the modification, the yellow mark in the left of the line stays till you close the Manifest Editor
I have seen this while copying the permission from the new HttpUtils2 code example to an existing project

First line was pasted from another project. Second line was entered manually.
