Android Question B4A bridge connection problem

I connected before many times via B4A Bridge to my device. But today i coudn't success. I remove B4A Bridge and reinstall but problem continue still. Is B4A Bridge using IPv4 address on wi-fi? If so i checked my IPv4 address via ipconfig, it is 192.168.1.21 but in B4A Bridge ip address is 192.168.1.25. Where does B4A get its ip address? How can i change it?

I turned my computer's network connection off and on, and the problem resolved.
