Bug? B4A Bridge install button missing

This one is an oddity. I have only noticed it in the past couple of days.

Phone - Google Pixel 2XL running Android 11 Build RP1A.200720.009

Summary: Install button missing on screen

- Reproduction Steps: Do a clean compile whilst the phone is locked.
- Actual Behavior: The "Install" and "Cancel" buttons are missing
- Expected Behavior: If the screen is unlocked and visible then the "Install" and "Cancel" buttons appear as normal.

B4A-Bridge starts an intent. It is the built-in installer that shows this dialog.

Ok, looks like I will have to report it to Google. The work around is pretty simple.

Just make sure that the phone is not locked when B4A attempts to install the app.

I've just experienced exactly this on a Pixel 4a with Android 11 and when I tried on a Redmi Note9 Pro on Android 10 but not on a Galaxy A3 with Android 8.1. So it seems to have crept in with Android 9 or 10.

It's very common, I think it started from android 8... so keep it awake
