Android Question B4A bridge warning message

I have Samsung Galaxy A01 Core with Android 10, when start debugging with B4A bridge, the phone displays this message, the phone is just out of box. what is wrong and how to solve this problem.

B4A bridge needs the display over other apps permission.

You should normally see a message such as

Pressing Ok, will take you to the page to allow this permission. It seems on your phone this permission has been disabled.

Not sure how to solve but it may have to set adjust your battery settings.

While you find out how to enable that permission B4A-Bridge will probably still work as long as it is in the foreground when you download the app.
