Sorry, I don't understand this language.
But if I'm right I have an similar error. In my case it caused in a long (too long) path where the project should bei saved. Since I have shortened the path to my projects location no errors occured.

The first time I run run the system prompts first to save, and actually saves the sim project, and then it gives the first error message. If you call it again, it does not prompt you to save and it displays the second error message


this error appeared after installation in a new notebook and after installing the SDK manager of android-11, android-24, android-27 and all that comes by default by the installer
