Hi I need a clarification.
If I choose 'compile to library' option and generate library will It be possible to access the methods/functions and public variables declared in it from the eclipse environment by other developers ?

NO. The jar and xml are only for use in B4X products.
They also depends on B4X-Code/Corelibraries.
