Android Question B4A remote WhatsAPP?

I am writing an new app. Where i need to remote existing WhatsAPP app on the mobile.
My b4A app needs following activity to do:

1. input: Click B4A UI button or from backend B4A received click command
1. output/action: send "text message" via existing WhatsAPP to the target number

How to do that, please advise if there is a better silent way to get it done on Android?
(Android phone has SIM card, WhatsAPP installed, and our B4A app installed)
