iOS Question B4I-bridge on iPhone 6 Plus

Hi,
I have installed B4I bridge on iPhones 5c and Iphone 6.
Now I want to install it on iPhone 6 Plus, but there is no circular button to install (see attached file)

what is the exact link you are trying on your browser ? Check its' format , it must be : builder1.b4x.comort/userid

I don't have a Mac, I have registered the three iPhone (5C - 6 - 6 PLUS) in developer Apple Account (how your video explained)
I followed passo1 e passo 2
but only on iPhone 6 PLUS the result is PASSO3
On the others iPhone it display a circle with the word "Install"
