iOS Question B4i Licensing

I contact to request assistance since I have an error when licensing B4I. The txt file was entered without problems, however when entering the mail with wich I made the purchase, and that was indicated to me in the mail that I recived, I get the following error message.

"Unknown email address. Do you want to enter another address?"
