Can I send to my app to beta testers using TestFlight with the hosted Mac option? If there are any other methods to send my App to my beta testers before uploading to the App store, I would appreciate it. Thanks.

No. They will need to connect it to a Windows or Mac computer. It is possible to create an over the air solution with Dropbox or a similar service.
