Bug? B4J still refers to B4A.

Please "separate" B4A and B4J, as B4J still "refers" to B4A. Examples:

- Windows Explorer still refers the Project file as a "Basic4android Source Code" file. (Should be "B4J Source Code")
- The Modules are named "bas". (Should be "bjs")

Just a little nit-picky.

You can load modules from other platforms so all platforms modules end with bas.

Alright, thanks! Maybe you should give the modules a new extension of ".b4x" to emphasize that.
