B4PP and Windows 8 (W8)???

Hi all,

Just a quick question to ge the "juices flowing"...

With M$'s recent announcements regarding Windows 8 (W8), are there plans to develop B4PPC further for W8?

The reason I ask is, with the introduction of W8 (in my opinion), brings a whole new world of "mobile" possibilities!

With W8 it seems to be a definite move towards mobile computing. There's even talk of W8 having it's own App Marketplace.

Windows 8 will support existing applications and therefore you will still be able to develop Windows application with Basic4ppc for Windows 8.

No. I was referring to Windows 8, not Windows Phone 8.

That means further windows mobile versions may not supported by b4ppc ?

Basic4PPC does work with Windows Moblie til version 6.5.
Windows Phone 7 is a complete new operating system and all older programs written for Windows Mobile don't work with Windows Phone 7 and future versions of Windows Phone, so do also programs written with B4PPC.
