Wish [B4X] - B4XLibs path in "Configure Paths"

I believe it would be convenient since B4Xlibs are cross-platform to have them in a common folder shared by all B4X apps. This would require a seperate configuration for this path and a "Set B4XLibs path" setting in "Configure Paths".
