Beginner B4A user here

Hi all,

I came across this software and am really excited to learn how to use it. Currently installing the trial version right now.

Can I assume this is ran using Visual Basic? I know little about it and if so, I'll probably need to cram a book or two.

Are there resources I can read to learn the terminology and code words, etc for B4A?
I'm currently watching some youtube videos and reading the beginner's guide.
