Just downloaded Beta#4 and Ctr+' not working as shown to be the required shortcut in the Edit menu but Ctrl+q works fine.

I too can confirm that Ctrl + ' does not work in Beta 4...

Apparently it was a bad idea to rely on a non-standard key. It will be changed to Ctrl + Q as the primary (and only) shortcut.
