Block settings or specific apps

Hi @all,

I'm searching for a possibility to prevent the user to access the settings or specific apps on the smartphone. The kiosk mode by Erel is great, but I don't want to block all functionalities of the phone.

Has anyone of you done this before or some ideas?

I found some apps on the market which provide exactly this functionality. If a user tries to open/start a blocked app a password screen appears. This is what I need.

Have someone a hint? I don't want to install a third party app.

It is not possible to prevent the user from opening other apps. The kiosk solution brings your app to the foreground. It doesn't really prevent the user from opening other applications.
