If you want to change the case of an established view name (IE: from lbl_answer to lbl_Answer) you get "Name already exists" and it reverts back to the original name.
Easy way around this is to change the name to something else and then rename it back with the case where you want it (IE: lbl_answer to lbl_znswer and then lbl_znswer to lbl_Answer).
